WHO CAN VISIT?

TRMarketplace 2020 is strictly for travel retail and associated industry visitors only, which means it is not open to the general public. You need to be able to prove you are a relevant industry professional (eg: retail buyer, Wholesale buyers, independent retailer, agency, etc)
 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Entry to the digital platform is free for buyers and those taking advantage of the TR Talent Pool Initiative. Consultants, Marketing Agencies, etc will be charged £350 excl VAT.
 

WHEN IS THE EVENT?

The inaugural TRMarketplace digital forum will open 28th August 2020 to allow users to pre-book meetings with the main event opening on 28th September - 2nd October. The event will remain available for 6 months following the closing date of the event, allowing access to Brand & Association Hubs, their products & services and our range of webinars.
 

WHO CAN SEE MY PROFILE AND WHO CAN I CONNECT WITH ON THE PLATFORM?

As a visitor, anyone who has registered as being part of airports, airlines, cruise and ferry, border stores, TR Talent Pool and Brand & Association Hubs will be able to see your visitor profile and the public information you provided during registration. Marketing agencies, suppliers and consultants aren't able to view visitor profiles.

As a Brand & Association Hub team member, you'll be able to see all visitors on the site.
 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ACTIVATION EMAIL

Activation emails will be sent out on Friday, August 28th. This will provide you access to start arranging video meetings and browse Brand & Association Hubs. If your registration is under question, you will hear from one of our team before the 28th August.
 

I WASN'T PROMPTED TO SET A PASSWORD WHEN I FIRST LOGGED IN. HOW CAN I SET ONE? HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

If you weren't prompted to set a password on your first login, go to "Edit Profile" in your dashboard. Click "Change Credentials" and enter a password into the "New Password" fields, leaving "Old Password" blank, and click save. To change your password in the future, repeat these steps but include your old password in the "Old Password" field.


I CAN'T ACCESS THE SITE AS I'M BEING ASKED FOR A PROFILE PHOTO

To create an engaging environment for everyone, we've made it mandatory to upload a profile image.
